The Consultation

Every engagement begins with a private consultation at your home. We spend time understanding how the household actually runs — the routines, the pressures, the things that have never quite worked — before proposing anything.

You receive a written plan setting out what we would do, in what order, and over what timescale, together with a fee proposal. The consultation is a piece of work in its own right and yours to keep. Whether you commission what follows is a separate decision.

Consultations are chargeable and arranged by appointment.
